Pink Saturday

So...if any of you 'pink lovers' are in the mood for a new home, Mary Kay Ash's Pink Mansion is for sale in Texas...for just under $5 million dollars. Think of the Pink Saturday photo ops there!

Back in Indiana, these are my contributions to Pink Saturday...not nearly as heady as the mansion featured, but they are mine!
This is one of my favorite little tea pots...it just holds two cups, but it's perfect for a pre-work cup of tea.
A pedestal plate (sitting on an attached teacup). This is one I purchased from Tina at Cherry Hill Cottage a few months back. It comes with a glass dome. The strawberry (not real, but doesn't it look yummy?) is a gift from my friend Mary.
A small butter pat plate...I'd like to find a few more.
Ribbons...one of my favorite things.

Happy Pink Saturday, Teresa.

All of your pink makes me smile. I love all of the pink ribbon stacked and under the cloche.

Maybe we should by the mansion and start getting together for Pink Saturday. I'm sure I have enough money in my change purse.

I don't consider myself a fan of pink, but I love each and every one of your photographs. Oh wow! M.K.'s house is beautiful. Maybe if we all chip in, we can purchase it for fun bloggy times together. ;D

I didn't know what pink Saturday was but I do now! Pink is one of my four favorite colors. I like it because it screams "happy." I'm a huge fan of ribbon too, so, of course, the ribbon photo is my favorite.

Love you pink post today. The teapot is sweet and the strawberry on the rose plate looks good enough to eat. My best pick is your ribbons under under glass. Clever and so pretty. Love that pink!

Mary Kay's mansion doesn't hold a candle to the fine pink items you so kindly shared today. I see I am not the only one who loves your ribbon display beneath your cloche!
Hope your Saturday was filled with Pinkness!

Love your pink things. The cloche with ribbons is wonderful. I think we should all go together and bid on the lovely house. We could make it a pink retreat. I have a buck fifty to throw in how about you? Happy pink.

and scroll down, I think you'll find more of the china pattern your looking for that match that butter plate. It's in an antique store in Sunbury, OH :)

All your *pink* things are wonderful, but I especially love how you have your ribbons displayed! How very clever! I also love your banner using the old cups! We just "inherited" my husbands grandparents set and I have them lined up on the kitchen windowsill to hold my cut zinnias from my garden!

Hi Teresa,

Thanks for the comment you left about the Pink Ladies when you visited on Saturday!!

I'd recognize Mary Kay's mansion...I was a MK consultant for nearly 15 years!!! It's just a beautiful place.

I'd also recognize the Theme of Paganini that was the THEME music for Somewhere In Time...my all-time favorite movie!!!

Jan

Did you have a chance to sign up for our Birthday Party give-away yet?

It's been awhile...as usual, not much going on.  As I look through photos on my phone, I decided to do a little blog post. Last Monday...
