While having a mid-morning cup of coffee a little while ago, we heard a loud crash...we couldn't determine if it came from the upstairs neighbor or in here. It was both...the neighbor almost came through the bathroom ceiling. The part of the ceiling above the commode is now on the floor and in the commode. This is not a good thing. Still awaiting word from the landlord...8.23.2008

OH my gosh, that could have been a disaster, hope the land lord gets back to you soon. Glad it missed you.
Definitely not a good thing...and I thought we were having plumbing troubles today. Nothing like nearly having a neighbor land in the commode!
