My Kraft Food & Family magazine arrived last week, and on the cover was this yummy looking casserole. It's quick and easy and so delicious...another wonderful casserole to put into the cooking rotation. Wish I had leftovers!
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
Make It
HEAT oven to 400°F. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened.
LAYER chicken, basil, cheese and stuffing in 3-qt. or 13x9-inch baking dish. I topped my casserole with fresh sliced tomatoes.
BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Enjoy now or cover and refrigerate. To reheat, microwave each serving on HIGH 2 to 3 min.

Oh forget supper! I'm going to do this for dinner...better get going now!
Oh, this does sound delicious - comfort food. I'll be adding these ingredients to my shopping list for this week.
Thanks for sharing.
It's delicious! Just packed the leftovers away before we didn't have any.
I get this wonderful cooking magazine, too, but haven't received mine yet.
This looks and sounds so good. I've not tried too many out of their mag. that wasn't just delicious. Do you ever check out the recipes on The Pioneer Woman Cooks? OMGosh, she has some of the most delicious stuff going on over there. I seldom look at my cookbooks any more...I go over and find what I want on her blog. Give her a try if you haven't.
love, bj

Hope my copy of Food & Family arrives soon.....doesn't it have great recipes and ideas?! I've had this Chicken Bruschetta Bake. One of my team mates brought it for our pot luck dinner to celebrate the winter break from school......it didn't last long!! If you haven't checked it out yet, the Kraft web site has more great and easy recipes.
