I think this little bar or refreshment set up would be great on my sunporch...a little oasis after working in the garden...
I like the look of this letter/bill holder too...not so much on the beautiful desk (as pictured in Country Living), but maybe on my enamel-topped "farm table". When I saw these rakeheads featured in Country Living this month, I knew I had the spare parts in the basement...a little sanding, a little spray paint, and my 'junk' will be repurposed.
I've used old shovel heads as garden markers....one needs to be repainted, but when the herbs are planted in the barrel, I'll be sure to take a picture of my garden markers. Rustic junk...gotta love it.

Oh I noticed them and loved them, too. I'm using mine to hang garden tools from in the garage. That may not be the best use of my old junk that's now so in vogue.

I too was crazy for these ideas. I am ready to start hacking our garden tools apart. I guess I better find some broken ones at the fleas instead.
Oh, thank heaven, you are alive and well! Girl, do you know we were all beginning to fret?! I stopped coming by, even and then this morning I started snooping again and ta da ~ you're back! Hooray! What a relief!
